- Enrolment in a program or Short Course is only secure when payment is completed online. Placement on a waitlist also does not guarantee enrolment.
- Although an enrolment is secured once a receipt is issued, course confirmation is subject to adequate subscription and other factors.
- Enrolments are not transferable.
- Important: Cash, Cheque and Money Order payments are not accepted. Part-payments or partial enrolments are not accepted.
- Scout Artspacel reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to under subscription or for any other reason at the discretion of Scout Artspace. In such cases, the relevant students will be given the opportunity to either transfer to another available course with no administrative penalty, or receive a full refund.
- An enrolled student may request a withdrawal/transfer from a course, up to 3 business days prior to the commencement of their course.
- There are no refunds, transfers, or substitutions after this period.
- Requests for transfers/withdrawals must be made in writing to ana.robson@hotmail.com
- If transferring, the new course must currently be available for enrolment. Any differences in fees will be:
- Refunded (if new course fees is less); or
- Paid by the Student (if new course fee is more)
Absences: Refunds, transfers, or substitutions are not allowed if students miss a class or course. Scout Artspace does not accept responsibility for changes to students’ personal or work circumstances.
